From Naval History
to Heritage Hospitality

How a collection of mid-century American naval homes became Subic Bay's most storied vacation retreat.

Where Heritage Meets Hospitality

Sunridge Subic is a collection of redesigned former American naval homes nestled within the forests of Subic Bay Freeport Zone. When the US Naval Base Subic Bay closed in 1992, the area was transformed into the Subic Bay Freeport Zone — and these handsome mid-century homes were left standing, awaiting reinvention.

Sunridge acquired and reimagined several of them, preserving their architectural bones while adding modern comforts: air conditioning, full kitchens, private BBQ areas, and in some units, plunge pools or private indoor pools.

The result is a rare thing — a place where heritage meets hospitality, set inside one of the Philippines' most biodiverse forested zones, 10 minutes from pristine beaches and the Subic Bay diving spots. Slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature.
